Environment, energy and data, with a method that allows every claim to be checked.
I am completing a Licenciatura degree in Chemistry and Environmental Technology at the National University of La Plata, with graduation expected in March 2027. Since 2023, I have worked at CIIAAA on water and wastewater analysis, quality control and treatment trials at laboratory and pilot scale; I have trained six research interns and helped prepare and teach practical classes.
Alongside this, I develop independent work on energy and the environment: Argentina’s electricity system and the conditions for an innovation hub in Vaca Muerta, from technical, economic and territorial perspectives. I use programming and AI to go further, with verification and responsibility for the results.
I am looking to join a team in the energy or industrial sector, working in environmental management, technical analysis or project planning, with availability between January and March 2027.
Argentina’s electricity system from 2005 to 2025 and the decisions towards 2030, with a horizon to 2040 and 2060. Second edition, October 2026 · 155 pages · 947 claims with their status and source.
Twenty years of Argentina’s electricity system examined through public data: demand, generation balance, hydropower, transmission, the market, storage, distributed generation, territory, foresight and science applied to finding solutions. On that basis, the decisions that planning must address towards 2030. Each claim declares its status, each figure carries its source and each calculation can be repeated.
Sand supply options for hydraulic fracturing in Vaca Muerta · Final undergraduate project, in progress. Technical, environmental and economic comparison of alternatives, with sand flows by well, company, field and origin, truck logistics and estimated transport emissions.
Añelo, the conditions for an innovation hub.
A study of the possibility of developing an innovation hub in Añelo: the needs it could address and the resources needed to sustain its operation.
The report compares alternatives and identifies the information still needed to decide. It was the first application of a method I am developing so that each important claim can be reviewed alongside its sources, assumptions and limitations.
Method manual: claim typing, source register and cross-auditing for AI-assisted technical work. Applied in the Añelo report and the new edition of the electricity report.
Every figure I publish goes through these steps. What is published is the result, with its source and status; the database, scripts and log remain private.

What I do
What is recorded
Where it lives
1 · Source
What I doI download the original file from the organization that publishes it.
What is recordedOrigin, download date and SHA-256 hash in a manifest. Anything not listed in the manifest stays out of the database.
Where it livesPrivate
2 · Calculation
What I doI load the series into a database and write each calculation as a reproducible program.
What is recordedSource series, period, transformation, script, value and cutoff date.

3 · Status
What I doI declare what each claim is: documented, calculated, inferred, assumed or without a retrievable source.
What is recordedThe status, with a symbol next to the figure, and the source-index row that supports it.

4 · Verification
What I doOne AI model checks each claim against its source and another, from a different provider, audits the verdict. The writer does not audit.
What is recordedBoth verdicts and the disagreements, which I review.

5 · Sign-off
What I doI review and decide. No edition is released without my reading it in full.
What is recordedA log of every decision, every correction and its reason.

When the organization publishes new data, steps 1 to 5 are rerun and the new edition states what changed.
Sebastián Liscia La Plata · Argentina
Science, territoryand a path of my own.
I am nearing completion of the Licenciatura in Chemistry and Environmental Technology at the National University of La Plata, with graduation expected in March 2027. Since 2023, I have worked at CIIAAA on water and effluent analysis.
I chose this field because I want my professional development to contribute to building environmental, energy and technological capabilities in Argentina. I can bring a scientific education, a methodical approach to work and the initiative to learn through practical projects. I am interested in talking with teams that share this purpose and exploring how I can solve a problem.
I am looking to join a team in the energy or industrial sector, working in environmental management, technical analysis, project planning or data. If you have a vacancy, a data problem or a comment on any of my work, get in touch.
