Añelo Innovation Hub

Añelo Innovation Hub · Traceable Strategic Report

Commissioned to assess an innovation hub in Añelo, the report found the real question is who is obliged to fund its operation in year two. It compares four alternatives against nine pre-set criteria, continuity without intervention included, and doesn't yet recommend any. First it asks for three documents: documented demand, the file behind the municipal fund announced in 2025, and the royalty reconciliation. Every claim declares its type and traces to a 610-row registry.

Final edition 1. Cross-review between two AI systems with separate roles and human sampling of ten randomly selected rows, with ten matches. Documentary cut-off: 8–14 September 2026.

Technical report writing and review

What supports a conclusion and what still needs checking.

A working method for preparing and reviewing reports. The method is called CADIS?: each claim in the document is classified as calculated, asserted without a source, documented, inferred or assumed, and questions the work cannot resolve are recorded as unknowns, each with its own identifier. Every data point carries its source, every inference its premises, and every decision made by the writer is recorded along with its rationale.

The proposal includes writing reports using this method and reviewing existing documents. Each delivery brings together the analysis, a register of claims with their status and source, and a log of what was reviewed, its limitations and what remains pending, so the work can be corrected and updated later.

The Añelo report was the first application of the method. The second is the reconstruction of my report on the Argentine electricity system, currently underway. The method remains in its testing stage.
